Yoga Classes
Yoga classes are offered Monday-Thursday evenings at 6:30pm and on Saturdays at 12pm
Yoga is included with your High Plains Climbing membership. The drop in rate for classes is $20.
Monday
All Levels Yoga
This class combines yoga therapeutics, movement patterns, and techniques to open the body and build strength and stability. Each class will be themed with the goal of building resilience and injury prevention while helping with injury recovery. Expect a mix of slow flow and deep stretching that while challenging is accessible to all.
Tuesday
Intro to Yoga
This class is all levels, it can get you started or deepen your understanding of strength, alignment, and yoga philosophy. Jenilyn loves to help ease people into their own practice in a way that serves the bio individuality of each unique person. A well-rounded yoga class to support your body on and off the wall. Blending strength, movement, and deep stretching with breath, this class helps prevent injury and enhance performance. Build functional strength, improve mobility in the shoulders, hips, and spine, and develop core stability for better control and endurance.

Vinyassa Flow Yoga
The teaching style and flow are strongly guided by the students, so the more regularly you attend, the more the class can be tailored to fit your individual needs. Expect movement with a focus on strength-building to support your climbing and fitness goals.

All Levels Power Flow Yoga
